Ok so I have been looking for a couch like this for a while.  I found this at Why Not.  It is called Achnacarry Modern U Sofa and it is a total of 37 prims.  It is texture change, and it does have animations.  When I saw it, I was like, "Yes this is perfect."  It fits my living room perfectly and it is exactly what I was going for.  The seats are separate so you can customize it to your liking.  I love it!

The other items are not apart of the set.  The set just includes the sofa, coffee table, and plants.  The other items are from Bloom.  They are the Bloom! - Mr & Mrs Shelf Green and the Bloom! - Happy Corner Ladder.

Another great nook idea.  This would be great for the fall or a kid's area.  If you love to read, then you will love this set by Bloom.  This is the Ingrid Book Corner, and it is 17 prims total.  The photo on the wall will go with anything and it great for summer.  The photo is from QE Home, and it is called Fruit Slice Wall Art.  It is only 5 prims.  Both of these items would look great in anyone's home.
