It's Over

Well the Twisted Hunt is finally over and it is time for us to rest our minds and bodies.  Time to relax and get some much needed sleep.  I hope everyone had fun and loved their hunt prizes.  Untill next time Twisties .....

Twisted Dreams ….

One night I was walking through the forest thinking about life and decisions I had to make when I came to a clearing.  As I stepped into the clearing everything changed.  The jeans and tshirt I had on where replace by a gown made of red of gold, the colors of fire.  The sneakers on my feet were gone and I could feel the cool Earth underneath my feet.  I felt something on my head and reached for what I think were horns.  I looked and saw a throne lit by fire.  I was unafraid for some reason I felt a sense of comfort.  I slowly walked up the steps to the middle and looked around me.  I spun around till I lost my footing falling to the cool earth ..... I realized as I sat up I had fallen asleep among the trees in the forest.

​So now that I am finished with the hunt I have started going through all the prizes I found in the little cubes.  The first thing I opened was the bookcase from by Chiana Oh.  The bookcase is so cute.  It comes with a few different book option.  I want to know how did the Chiana get it in that shape?  It is so super cute.  The next item that I opened was the Inferno Table and Specimen by GalleryOne.  These items would come in real handy for dark RP sims.  I could see them in mazes and in Zombie RPs.  They are well made and the Specimen is really pretty with a night setting.  the last item that I opened was Dekute Dekore.  Now in the oil painting box there was several paintings and they were all beautiful.  I could not decide which one to put up so I went with the one that called to me the most.  This painting will be part of my house décor.  I just love it.  It is called Inferno Oil Painting - Embrace.  The other item of theirs I used is the inferno sofa in slate.  I thought it went will with the little table.  I could see this in a dark RP also.  So far I have to give three creators 10 stars for their items.  They are well made and super cute.  The paintings were my favorite.  They were beautiful and hard to choose from.  Yall stay tuned to see what I open next!

It is once again that time of year when all of us get together and get frustrated doing the hardest hunt on the grid.  That is right it is time to get twisted and do the Twisted Hunt.  The Twisted Hunt is celebrated it's 10th anniversary.  This hunt takes you all over SL to places such as Roawenwood, which has the most beautiful Japanese themed sim I have every saw, then you go to Love Everlasting with the most difficult river crossing in SL, and then you go to Aster's Builds, Wedding Invitations and Accessories, who sales beautiful invitations.  There are 70 unique stores to explore during the hunt.  If you are like me some of them will have you shopping and forgetting to look for the little cube .... stay on track!  If you get lost and need help you can get in the group and ask.  For the most part the Twisted Hunt group is amazing.  They are very helpful and ready to lead a hand to the stuck and stranded.  Trust me I had to ask for help a time or two.  The end .... all I will say is beautiful and I loved it.  The end game is my most favorite part of the entire hunt.

PS:  I would like to add one small thing there are a few merchants that will ban you for things that are really not for them to ban you for.  Please be mindful of this.
